Think of IBT/Linx as someone sprinting/running and prime95 as someone jogging or doing an endurance run. I've actually seen programs that can put more stress than IBT but that one was known to kill a few CPUs/rigs. So far if I don't wake up to a bluescreen or a rebooted system then I call it a day. What I do is I find the right voltage with IBT tests then do prime95 overnight. Some people though they see as stability as being able to play games just fine so it really depends on the person on how they see things stable. I've done IBT tests before where I was positive my overclock was stable but when I left prime95 on overnight it rebooted so I tend to use IBT as a guage to around what voltage I should use and if it does a 12-24hour prime95 just fine then its good to say its fully stable (there have been times when people do prime for 23 hours and fail at the 24 hour mark). Though I wouldnt rule out prime95 out just yet, you could be 100/100 tests on IBT and still fail prime95 after 8 hours or so. Most people only do IBT tests to see if their cooler can handle the temps and most of time if your cpu can handle that amount of stress then it would be stable since most programs/games don't stress as much as these programs do. It is commonly used as a stability test for overclocked computers.

Tool that helps Intel Core 2-based (or others) test for system stability in a relatively short time (greatly shorter than Prime95). Then I run cinebench a few times in a row (6-10 times) and if it crashes at this step I raise the vcore by 0.005v at a time until it stops crashing. If it crashes I usually raise the vcore by 0.01v until it stops crashing in this test. I don't use AI Suie, I use ROG CPU-Z or HWinfo to monitor voltages, CPU-Z is probably the most reliable for monitoring cpu voltage. In my case I run prime95 Small FFTs (no AVX) for 5-10mins to do a quick stability test. Well the p95 temperatures are actually 5 degrees lower than the AIDA64 ones, didnt try the intel burn test thingy. Keep in mind, use this program at your own. This program will make usage of Linpack easier and more practical. If it's working with both voltages at 1.25v you can leave them there but fine tuning it with lower voltages may lower cpu temps a little. Load temp under Linpack will be up to 22C higher than the competing software Prime95. 02v then fine tune the other by doing the same. 01v one at a time until it fails the test then bring the voltage back up. 1.25v is fine but you may not need that much, you can fine tune them by lowering the two voltages. The test utility OCCT runs elements of Linpack and Prime95, which will terminate the CPU tests at 85☌. :) You're hardware is fine, default ram speed is 2133MHz and anything over that is overclocked, the voltages you raised gives more voltage to the cpu's Integrated Memory Controller to help stabilize high speed ram. Other stability tests such as Linpack and Intel Burn Test have cycles that peak at 120 workload, which again aren’t well suited for CPU thermal testing.
